As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be updated throughout its journey.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
All orders will be shipped using DHL. 

DHL takes care of all our shippings. Every ANTI-DO-TO shipment is climate neutral thanks to DHL GoGreen program: all CO2e emissions are offset by purchasing carbon credits from certified, high quality projects. 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above 130€.

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 working days of the delivery date (this count is calculated on the basis of proof of delivery). To do this, you need to first send us the return request you can find on our website. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail authorizing the return.
