HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND AND WANT TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE?

No problem! You have 14 days to decide whether to keep it or not.

If the item isn’t exactly what you were looking for, you can return it to us by following the procedure outlined on the “www.anti-do-to.com” website within 14 days of the delivery date.

The products must be in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

1. SEND US A RETURN REQUEST

Visit the Return section on our website or enter your account, check the return costs, if any, and then fill in and submit the return request form. Please note: if an item is returned to us without completing this form, repayment may take longer.

2. CHECK YOUR EMAIL

We will send you an email confirming that we have received your return request.

3. ORGANIZE YOUR RETURN

Inside your package, there is a pre-completed sticker that can be used to return the item to us. If you want to use it, do the following:

  • Find the closest DHL SERVICE POINT and deliver the parcel with the label applied.

  • Visit the following page by scanning the QR Code or entering the following link:

  • Select your country and language
  • Select “NO” to the question “Do you want to create a waybill?”
  • Select “I have a DHL waybill number”
  • Enter the number on the label and book the collection
  • Glue the sticker to the parcel that you will deliver to the carrier
